4 ANS D’ELEVAGE pour cette cuvée que nous allons reproduire tous les ans. C’est la cuvée oxydative du
domaine issu de fin de presse de grenache noir en sous maturité. L’oxydation de l’amertume durant 3 ans
donne un vin très salin avec une aromatique sur l’amande, le poivre blanc et les fruits secs. Nous avons
fait un gros travail sur l’étiquette qui, comme le vin, sera oxydé ! Nous avons pensé à faire ‘’rouiller’’ une feuille
de cuivre pour obtenir cette couleur de corrosion appelé Vert de Gris. 3 ans d’élevage en barrique sous voile
et 12 mois en bouteilles. Pas de filtration ni de collage. SANS AUNCUN INTRANTS OU SULFITES AJOUTÉS.

4 YEARS OF AGING for this cuvée that we will reproduce every year. It is the oxidative cuvée of the domain
resulting from the end of the press of Grenache Noir. The oxidation of the bitterness for 3 years gives a very
saline wine with aromas of almonds, white pepper and dried fruits. We work hard on the label. We wanted
to show an oxidative side. We decided to make copper paper rust; to obtain this product of corrosion: the
colour called ‘’Vert de gris’’. 3 years ageing in barrel under yeast flor and 12 additional months in bottle. Neither
filtration nor fining. WITHOUT ANY ADDED INPUT OR S02.
