A monovarietal large-grain Muscat that surprises with its fruitiness. A true beauty.

Organically grown and accompanied by the Marinada breeze, this muscatel is the 6è and last of the Selecció. A new addition to Celler 9+.
Coming from old Moscatel vines, passed down from fathers to sons.
Blend 100% Muscat.

The grapes macerate for 32 days with the skins between 15-18ºC and are pressed. The low-pressure wine is separated from the high-pressure wine and used for this 6th.
9 months of aging and weekly removal of the lees characterize our muscatel.
A wine free of additives, only grapes!

The aroma stays true to the variety, we find rose, jasmine, apricot and pineapple.
In the mouth it is fresh and pleasant with excellent fruit and a touch of bitterness in the aftertaste.
It is both refreshing and gastronomic; enjoy it with cream cheese, goat cheese salad, or something more unconventional, like Korean kimbap or seafood.
Like all the Selecció 9+, we suggest decanting since the wine is bottled with a small percentage of lees to improve its evolution over time. We recommend serving cold.
